puffjacket

Montbell Ul.Thermawrap

This is a awesome jacket "no frills" & "no thrills!" very stripped down but it cuts right to the point. If you need a jacket that will keep you warmer than a fleece and weight half as much and pack twice as small look no further. You wouldn't be the coolest person in the coffee bar with someone in a monkey man fleece but out on the trail you will shine. The cut is small and narrow so size accordingly.

Once again Montbell strikes with an awesome piece of gear. Below is some specs from their site.

"The evolution of our U.L. ThermawrapTM Series continues. Updates to these well traveled pieces are based on beta received from countless wilderness devotees. We have sourced a new type of 15-denier Ballistic Airlight nylon for the outer shell that retains the same ultra-light weight and impressive tensile strength, but is far less shiny, has, a softer hand, and makes very little noise with movement. Cuffs on the jacket and parka now feature a wedge shaped stretch panel for increased comfort and durability. Similar elastic wedges have also been added to both sides of the hem on the jacket and vest creating a more refined fit. The series is rounded out by a new women’s specific vest. Rest assured, while we have tweaked some details, the ThermawrapTM concept remains the same: simple, light weight, synthetic insulation that remains thermally efficient when wet. Whether it be a frigid mid-winter bike commute into the office or a harrowing belay high on the Compressor Route, our ThermawrapTM Series will keep you covered."

go lite pinnacle pack

GoLite Pinnacle Pack

What can I say it's GoLite and it is superlight and every thing you could ever need. So trade in your old heavy pack for something light and don't be scared to change over because once you do it you will never go back. Look for more postings about how you can lighten your load! One thing I love also that this pack is set up to compress into 1/3 of it capacity so it is versatile and light enough to be a day pack and a big hauler. I have owned a few GoLite packs and other products of theirs and they are all awesome. 5 Stars for sure!!!

Pack Specs

* Volume: 4400 in3 | 72 liters
* Hydration: 3 Liter Hydration Compatible, Reservoir not included
